today we had bmt trg. a rgps girl came and train with us. her name is yuan ming if i am not wrong. at first i stroke with tabitha partnering jessica tan then jia yun join in after tt coz she came later. then mr wee ARRIVED!! then he called out," GATHER AROUND". then he ask had we do our runs. then i felt OHOH, must run now! then we went out and run. I ran levels coz my leg hurts when climb or run up the stairs. so run run run. Yuan ming came and join us [lili, tabby and ME]. then came emily and jessica tan. then training. RIGHT AFTER the runs, we did rotational lobes. tanny felt giddy. then like 5 mins later we started our drills. we did like smashing drills. is to train us to hit the shuttle when it is in front of us. then like we did drills from 9.40am to 10.30am. after drills was MUTIPLE SHUTTLES. 50 shuttles per set. can die la. then we finish at 11am. then matches. played trio at first. then played doubles. i played doubles the whole trg with tabby. then CHOO with tanny. dunno why mr wee did tt. ANYWAY. trg was FUN! <333
